Campaign update: unfinished business in China

This week Greenpeace released it's latest report 'Dirty Laundry' investgating the toxic water pollution produced by textile factories in China. The report accuses Nike, Adidas, Puma, H&M and Lacoste of allowing the discharge of dangerous chemicals into Chinese water systems.

Young people all across the SPEAK Network have been taking part in our Unfinished Business Campaign asking for the government and businesses to ensure human rights and the environment in developing countries are protected. Todays revelations are all the more reason to call for a Commission for Business, Human Rights and the Environment so that victims of corporate abuse and environmental degradation can seek justice here in the U.K.
