The original name (which sometimes appears as a strap line) is Training the Trainers. The vision is to gather a group of people who will identify themselves as trainers and intentioanlly pass on the skills and knowledge gained to others. Eventually, we want to be training a group of onsite trainers who will join RSWs in the work of providing training for SPEAK Groups and Links on location. For the moment however, we are just at the stage where Group Leaders and others (including staff!) feel ready and able to pass on training.

The learning is all about 'how to'. How to communicate the campaigns, how to get others involved in actions, how to run events etc. Not simply what our campaigns are for example.
