- are not scared by public speaking.
- are committed to seeing people released into their gifts and callings and into gifts of the Holy Spirit.

You will have to raise support to cover your living expenses, but there will be full training and support from the Network Support Team in this, and it really helps build faith in God and the generosity of others! *Support-raising based: what does this mean?

Regional Support Workers, Campaigns Officers, Music Speaks interns and Group Support Workers raise most of their own support. This means that if successfully appointed you will be responsible for raising your salary from friends, family, churches and other groups. SPEAK will fully support you in this with training and support, and will also help you find affordable accommodation and provide "seed funding" - a proportion of your pay for the first couple of months while your support is not yet fully secured. Support raising means that you will have a fantastic group of supporters, who not only invest in what you are doing financially but through prayer and encouragement, taking a personal interest in the work that you are doing.
