August 2004 relaunch of SPEAK site
Welcome to the new SPEAK website! We are finally up and running again after a couple of months of problems, and are really sorry that it has taken so long to get the website back online.
We really wanted to get the site back up before the upcoming Greenbelt festival, and as a result, there are a few sections of the site which are not quite up to date or complete:
- Only some our resources which would normally be available to download are online yet - they are steadily being put on; please email us if there is anything you urgently need, but can't find!
- The message boards are sort of up and running - there should be changes soon, but the content will all remain.
- Some of the visual stuff to do with the site (like the layout, colour scheme and lack of images) are in a temporary state, and will be put right as soon I can get it done. (continued...)
This will all be done as soon as possible, and we will have a fully functional site by mid-late September. I'm really sorry for the frustrations and inconvenience this might cause you, but I'm sure you'll agree that this temporary situation is better than what we've had for most of the summer!
If there is anything that you cannot find on this site, or specific information or a particular resource that you would like, please contact us on speak@speak.org.uk or (020) 7249 4309. Thanks for your patience while we've had no website!

Special thanks to Andy Baalam, Tim Nafziger and Chris Major for their help, efforts, work, time and advice - it would be nowhere near done yet without your help!
