The December 2004 Pray & Post card (copies available) was about UK arms exports to Israel. UK arms trading with Israel continues to fuel conflict and support Israel's occupation of Palestinian land. The ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine is an issue which yields a lot in the way of controversy. To reflect this, we have included a lot of background information on the history of the conflict, an unusual amount for our Pray & Post campaigns, in fact. A lot of the information in this section is related to SPEAK's Arms Trade campaign, but a lot more information is provided outside of the campaign - not to press a particular view upon you, but to provide you with the opportunity to think things through.
