SPEAK groups meet together regularly to campaign and pray on issues of justice. SPEAK groups encourage each other in the Christian faith and spur each other on to live the life. SPEAK groups also aim to share our faith and to take action to end poverty and global injustice. Some SPEAK groups exist as part of Christian Unions, churches and some also act as a cell group or are linked to the local cell network.

SPEAK groups are flexible according to what people feel is appropriate in their particular locality. Some are more focused on prayer others are more focused on campaigning. Some meet once a week, some once a fortnight and others once a month. Some SPEAK groups focus on global issues other SPEAK groups focus more on local advocacy.
