Prayer rooms are fantastic places to meet with God, and pray through issues in more detail and with more time in a room dedicated to prayer. They are places where there are no distractions and therefore people can only pray. Prayer rooms can be filled with materials and ideas for prayer and can stimulate heartfelt prayer.

You can have a prayer room as part of an event or just somewhere that you can use when needed – where people can find space, find God and use it for whatever kind of prayer they want.

If you want to set up a prayer room, find a room where you can have easy access night and day (especially if you do 24-7 prayer). It is a good idea to have a room where you are allowed to attach things to the wall, so people can write words, or pictures. It is also good to have a fair sized room so there can be many people praying at once, but not so large that it feels empty.
