Events and Communications Administrator
The role of the Events and Communications Administrator is varied and exciting, from event organising to producing resources and keeping the Network informed of news and campaign actions.
The events and communications administrator works with the Network to produce national SPEAK events and input at festivals. Taking ideas from the Network, you would bring together the programme and crew, and work on publicity and media. The communications aspect of the role covers SPEAK publications, website, email and new media, liaising with members of the team to ensure appropriate content for campaigns and SPEAK groups support.
You will be trained and mentored by SPEAK pioneers and learn about an integrated approach to SPEAK’s work, based on spirituality, prayer, community, creativity, our network ethos and justice. This role would suit an individual with good communication skills and experience of administration and events organisation.
Hours: This position is part-time, 3 days a week
Salary: Support-raising based with initial contribution of £500 per month for first four months
