SPEAK's main campaigns at the moment are for corporate accountability in our Big Dress Campaign and for an end to government promotion and support of the arms trade in our "Counting The Cost" Campaign.

SPEAK are campaigning for corporate accountability in the Big Dress Campaign as part of the Trade Justice Movement (TJM) and the Corporate Responsibility (CORE) Coalition and within our wider campaign for justice in world trade. In SPEAK's arms trade campaign, Counting the Cost, we have worked in particular with Campaign Against Arms Trade (CAAT) and Fellowship of Reconciliation (FoR).

New Pray & Post cards are now available. Our new Big Dress Campaign postcard focuses on the opportunity to follow up our campaigning impact on the Companies Act and keep up the pressure on the government. We have helped change the law to ensure that companies are held more accountable for their social and environmental impacts at home and abroad but there is more to do.

Our latest Counting the Cost postcard focussed on our calls for an end to government support and promotion of the arms trade through the Defence Export Services Organisation (DESO). The great news is that our call for the closure of DESO because its work fuels conflict, aids repression and harms development around the world, has met with success as you can read on our campaign victory page.

There are also Pray & Post cards available to campaign to 'Stop Climate Chaos' focussing on climate change, and to 'Set All Free' focussing on the bi-centenary of the abolition of the slave trade.
