As well as Soundcheck, our campaigns team have been busy planning the Day of Action. It’s going to be a fantastic way to put into practice everything we’ve learnt over the Soundcheck weekend, get involved in some creative campaigning and meet our MPs to lobby them directly on the issue of corporate accountability. All the practical details are on the website.

We would like your help in three ways:

1)  If you haven't already, please confirm if you will be staying on for the Day of Action on Monday, by replying to this email (The day run from 10am – 4pm)

2) If you are a participant from the UK please remember to contact your respective MP and request him/her to join our lobbying event on Monday 27th February 2012 between 2 - 4 pm at Boothroyd Room, Portcullis House, Houses of Parliament. You can find out how to do this on the SPEAK website (http://www.speak.org.uk/campaigns/corporate-accountability/arrange-to-meet-your-mp-at-the-day-of-action). Do let us know if your MP confirms that they will be attending the lobbying event. 

3) Please email any remaining MP3 files for the Unfinished Business MP3 petition (more details here) to Tom Skinner (tom@speak.org.uk) ready for handing to our MPs on the 27th.
